Create a settings window. Can include the default timer/alarm clock preset, how often updates are checked for, and an area to enter our own birthday (so we can get a lovely surprise from Hot Alarm Clock).

Other things could include:
Exporting alarm clocks, timers, and settings.
Modifying the custom assortment of sounds to be used for timers/alarms, like removing previously used sounds and adding new ones for good.
Choosing columns to be displayed in the list of alarms/bdays/timers.
